Soy?

Are you able to drink soy milk after the surgery. I am addicted to chocolate silk, and I wondering if I will have to give it up?

Good news then, soy is okay to drink post-op as is skim and 1%.

You may want to find the light one as it's sweetened with stevia not cane sugar like the regular one is.

Chocolate almond milk is even better than soy and much lower in carbs. You can buy it unsweetened and add your own stevia or splenda or whatever you like!
