I LOVE laughing cow cheese too :P I love most cheeses. They say you should try red meat around 6 months out. Try it then and see how it goes.

Great update Pam. I am a little over 6 weeks from surgery and having some similar victories (with the clothes size shrinking and getting closer to my husband's weight). Fabulous!!!
