I survived not one, but TWO, Xmas parties this week

And I lost!! I'm officially over 1/2 way to my personal goal ... in 5 months!

The office party was easy to stay on track, since we were in a restaurant. The "girls' " party last night was harder, because we were at someone's house, and the food was right there, and kept coming. But I stuck to my guns and stayed on target. I weighed myself when I got home, and found I'd actually gone down from that morning! Still off this morning.

Congrats on the NSVs. Being in social situations and having food can be hard behavioural times. Sounds like you handled everything very well, and LOST weight to boot!!
