Calcium Citrate Pills
I've been having a big problem with getting my calcium in. I loathe the liquid calcium and get sick when taking the horse-pills.
Went into Shoppers Drugmart and came across Calcium Citrate Mini tablets. About the 1/6 of the size of a normal pill and much easier to take.
Highly recommended.

cool..I take the Webber brand of calcium citrate capsules and have never had any difficulty swallowing them.
