Busy day planned for me! Gonna do a little christmas shopping at toys r us today; I need a "dolly" and a truck. LOL Then it's off to work for me!

15 months and maintaining

B- scrambled eggs with salsa and cheese
in my lunch bag- nuts, peanut butter and celery sticks, chili, laughing cow cheese and crackers
not too sure what else I will have today

all water, tea and vitamins in today!

well after being violently ill yesterday with a stomach bug and being onlt able to get it sips of water and 1 optifast package I am hoping to get all 4 in today.  It seems to have been on ly a 24 hr bug and i am back to work and routine today.  Whew too close to my surgery date to be sick glad it was fast.

Karen, good luck - hope you get the job!!

Work today and then off to the gym.  Had to remind my dad again that I was going after work - he got worried last night when I came home later than usual.

On the menu today:

B: 1/2c. dry Hi-Lo cereal
S: 100g Greek Yogurt & 1/2 Pomegranate
L: 200g [3/4c.] Turkey Sausage in Tomato Sauce
S: 3 Slices Spicy Salami, 1oz Cheddar, 3 Melba Toasts
D: 3oz Dijon Chicken

I have 1 last protein shake at work that I may take before going to the gym.

Good day to all !

Today is my Friday. Woohoo! Going to the spa tomorrow morning for a pedi/mani and massage. I'm so sore today from my personnel training session yesterday! I must of did 500 lunges and scots.ouchh. I think I have muscles that I never knew I had.
B 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 c granula and tsp maple syrup
S- nothin! 500ml water and multi Vit
L 3 oz of grilled salmon. Tomato and cottage cheese salad, steamed broc
S 10 Almonds and 500ml water
D leftovers- barbaqued chicken thighs and veggies with quinoa
S cherries yummy!
