I've lost 46 lbs total

18 of which was lost during optifast
and the other 28 since surgery Nov 9th 6 weeks post op ( don't feel the greatest about this number seems like it's going slow for me)

178 POUNDS! Even though it's definitely happened and my body has undergone a revelation, I often can not quite wrap my head around that number. That includes the 55 lbs of weight I lost on my own and with Opti before WLS.

Starting BMI 69 w comorbidities | 55 of the weight lost above was pre-op.
