Mind Over Matter!
It definately is mind over matter PJB. Keep your focus and do whatever it takes to keep on track. I find myself thinking a lot about food today on day 3 of opti but 3.5 liters of water so far I think has helped lol. I've already lost my last suppers added weight so that is something that helps keep me motivated as well.
You are going to have to experiment with the vanilla to find something that is tolerable....

I struggled with Vanilla as well. I actually drank them all first so I could enjoy the chocolate. I found with Vanilla that the Torani SF Vanilla Syrup was good, or vanilla extract but Chocolate was def my favorite and what I enjoyed most!
I too obsessed a bit about food but honestly by day 3 I was so over it. And once you see the results on the scale, youll know it is MORE than worth it!
