I really enjoy them.  They are only around for a few months of the year just like the honeycrisp apples.  They are my fav fruit right now.

I am hoping to go to bingo tonight with a friend. I finally feel like I can sit for the length of time required to play bingo.

As for the eating:

B - 2 tbsps oatmeal with 125ml skim milk
L - boiled egg
S - fish of some sort

Snacks/beverages in between will be skim milk, water, flavoured water and a protein shake

Husband's birthday, so a movie and dinner out tonight.

B - protein shake - 36gm protein (5 scoops Beneprotein / 1 c. skim milk / 12 oz decaf coffee)
L - vegetarian chili
S - a Simply Bar
D - probably seafood - shrimp ****tail or maybe grilled scallops if they have them

b - lean pork roast / 2 slices of low fat lactose free swiss / 1/4 of cucumber sliced

s - baby carrots / sugar snap peas / walnuts

l - home made split pea soup w/ ham

d - home made chili (ground sirlion and ground lean pork, onions, peppers, dried beans not canned)

s - ?
