Cream Cheese Sniffer!
YES! That's me....
I'm a totally cream cheese sniffer! I was making a toasted 1/2 bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese this morning and the smell of the cream cheese caught my sense of smell and next thing I know I was sniffing it....because it smelled soooooooo good!
I started cracking up and laughing hysterically before putting it back in the fridge!

You are not alone. I have to admit that once or twice I have found myself taking a big whiff of something I love. Just this morning I was huffing bacon!
I haven't had solid food since December 9th, so I figure if it keeps me on track, what the heck. My wife thinks I'm a little crazy, glad to see I'm not the only one.

I too have sniffed food, especially during the Optifast phase. My daughter works part-time at Pizza Hut and one night I had picked her up after work. She had purchased chicken wings. As I was driving, I asked her to move the box closer to my nose. I took a deep inhale and that is all I needed. LOL Of course she laughed at me, and ate them in another room when we got home.

Amen sista! Toasted Raisin Bread really got to me last week, and popcorn... and oh man, you really start to realize how much you miss food all of a sudden. Thankfully I was a good girl, and laughed at myself... but yep, I hear ya... my sense of smell seems to be heightened this week.

I decided if I couldn't eat it and couldn't enjoy the taste of it...I'd enjoy the visuals of food.
It was weird because I watched the Food Network non stop and it didn't really bother me too much!
I remember watching the "candy making championships" and stuff like that.
