Gotcha.  Thanks so much for the info!
BTW, I don't have a BB phone - just the tablet.  I'm too dumb apparently, for a smart phone. LOL

your welcome, anytime ya have a question about the playbook just ask.

now that you have a playbook, its time you got a blackberry cell phone. I suggest the new bold 9900, they are gorgeous and sleek and very easy to use. and once ya have that, you can bridge it to your phone and you will have internet on your playbook wherever you get cell reception.

you know you want one :)

*laughs*

I actually don't.  I do, however, love the playbook.  I hooked up a wireless router at home so I can lounge on the couch and surf while Joe checks his stoopid football scores and plays poker or whatever. lol   Wifi is almost everywhere, and my email is online so I can get it whenever!

Thanks - I'll definitely let you know if I need some advice!! Much appreciated.

I was playing with the Bold 9900 yesterday and I know for sure that's the one I am getting when my contract is up in a month. Was thinking of getting an Iphone but after playing with it, I'm sticking with BB.

LOL I love my blackberry but my brother-in-law got one for Xmas and couldn't figure it out.  I eventually had to go over to show him how to use it and he was cursing and swearing (not a patient man) saying these are supposed to be 'smart phones' LOL
They are actually really easy to use and now that you have a playbook it only makes sense that next time you upgrade your cell phone (im assuming you have one) that you switch to a blackberry.

You're right, and I will.  But my cell is still pretty new unfortunately! lol  I'll have to wait a while.

I have to say I"m disappointed with the Kobo application not allowing you to upload books you have on your computer already.  If you end up downloading the other ereader, let me know and I'll share my books with you.  I have all the newest bestsellers in epub format.

It won't? That's stupid.

I will likely get the other one then and thanks.

The Source has a 64GB Playbook on for $299 this week.  I bought one yesterday.  I have thousands of books I want to read.  I hope I can add them without problems!

Can't wait to get it!

Merly, get the app book reader, its .99 cents in appworld, and you will have no problems at all reading them on your playbook. the kobo reader that comes with the playbook wont do that, nor will any of the other free ebook apps in appworld.
