OT: BlackBerry Playbook
not that I have found no. book reader will play anyhing you throw at it, epub files, mobi files, pdf's and it will also play DRM free books, meaning books that have no copyright on them. I get all my books from torrents, so the .99 cents I paid is nothing compared to the money I saved on the actual books. I have the complete works of Dean Koontz and Stephen King for free.
Good deal! I paid $249 for the 32GB last week at Best Buy Mobile.

Hi Karen,
I love my playbook. I am glad you are enjoying yours too. The apps that are available now are going to get even better. In the next few months they are supposed to be supporting some of the android apps which will open up so many more apps for you. I have the Kobo app as well and once you download a book and start reading it you don't need the internet. At least I never have, I am not sure what I am doing different than everyone else but I have not needed an internet connection once I start reading. Initially to download the book and open it for the first time I needed the internet but after that I didn't. And in case anyone is wondering everywhere that sells play books has them all on sale for $299, 16 gb, 32 gb and 64gb, and Staples carries them too so don't forget to check them out. lol sorry I gotta plug where I work.
