O/T - Travel Warning

Environment Canada has issued a travel warning due to the cold weather.   They suggest that anyone travelling in the current icy conditions should make sure they have the following:       Shovel     Blankets or sleeping bag     Extra clothing including hat and gloves     24 hours worth of food     De-Icer     Rock Salt     Flashlight with spare batteries     Road Flares or Reflective Triangles     Empty gas Can     First Aid Kit     Booster cables   I looked like a friggin' idiot on the bus this morning!

Those are just normal winter staples for us northerners. LOL  Never leave home without any of that stuff.  It's handy to have a large candle as well as it does throw off a lot of heat if you are stranded.

I almost commented that my drive is 42km each way in North Western Ontario, so other than the flares we have all that and a few extras...

but loved the humour~!!

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss. 

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
