It's funny when I had my colonoscopy in November I gained 5 lbs overnight.  LOL  Not sure which prep you had to do but mine was so full of sodium that my fingers were swollen like little sausages. I was pretty much back to normal within a few days of starting to eat normal again.  I didn't take any probiotics after.

Hi Tracy

I had to take PicoSalax, and I haven't had the nerve to get on the scales again other than the morning after.  Thanks about the probiotics, "etc." (lol).

You had the easy one.  I had that Klean Prep one where you drink 4 litres of that stuff.

B- 3/4 cup of oatmeal
S- Salad with chic peas, low fat garlic dressing, 1 oz of feta cheese, cilantro & vegies
L- same, with greek yogurt & blueberries
S- protein shake
D- chicken breast with quinoia

Hit the gym this morning. I was tired and told myself not to go balls to the walls today but I didnt listen to myself...so it was another intense one. It feels good though. Im really trying to change things up and hopefully break through this plateau. No change in 5 weeks

Ah well.

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
S: 100g Activia Yogurt - wont be buying this again. I didnt realize it had 15g of carbs!
L: 2 Meatballs [homemade]
S: 1oz Cheddar [maybe a cracker or two...who knows]
D: 3oz BBQ Pulled Pork

I'm a little bit off track today.. I got called in for a midnight shift at 710 last night. It really messes with me for everything when they do that.

1am- bran muffin
3am- cheese and crackers
5am- greek yoguart and cottage cheese blended til smooth, added splenda pkt, vanilla extract and chilled (recipe from "A Collection of Neighbourhood recipes") it said to add fresh fruit but I was full enough.
7am- protein shake
10am- 2slices bacon, 2egg omlet with peppers and cheese
1pm- bran muffin
315pm- leftover meatloaf and scalloped taters
D- 3oz chicken w/salad and raisins for an added touch
S- not too sure yet

all liquids and vitamins in
