What are you eating/ doing today? (Friday)
GOOD morning ladies! 
Woot! I am off today. It will be a busy day of food prep for me because I will be getting ready to do the 5DPT (waiting to see when it will start, I was planning to start tomorrow but will see how many of us want to do it and maybe start monday)
Not really sure what I want to eat today! I have been working on all my foods that I had already on the go, mmmm leftovers! LOL
So far, I have had a bran muffin and a coffee.
I will kindda just eat as I go today.
all liquids and vitamins in for today.

Big day for me today as I officially hit the half century weight loss and only 5 1/2 weeks post op :)
Preworkout - 1/2 cup protein shake
Breakfast - 1 cup flax and fiber cereal with fresh blueberries and 1 tbsp of protein powder
Snack - 2 light Babybel
Lunch - 1/2 C low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 dices SF peaches.
1 pcs Melba toast and 5 baby carrots
Snack - Greek Yogurt - Strawberry flavor
Dinner - 2oz chicken breast with 2oz steamed broccoli

Hi everyone!
Out for date night dinner tonight + a movie. So easy does it before then ....
B - protein shake (5 scoops Beneprotein + 1 c. skim milk + 12 oz decaf coffee)
L - 6 large boiled shrimp + 2 tbsp seafood sauce
S - The Simply Bar (if I need it)
D - 3 or 4 very large scallops with salsa + green veggies (asparagus, brocolli, maybe peppers) + cappucino

I haven't been on this thread in many days, as my life is frantically busy. Today, I'm taking a bit of time for myself before I lose my mind. DH brought our son to school so I slept in (8:45!!!), and am giving myself an hour before I dive into the grading and school work.

L - 1/2 ww English muffin with tomato slices and melted brie
S - veggies w/ tzatziki, turkey pepperette
D - omelette with old cheddar and tomatoes
S - maybe rice crackers and peanut butter (I have a craving) or a muscle milk

Back at work after 4 days off due to migraine. Trying to get in more protein and water the last couple of days, because I couldn't stomach much for a few days before that...
B - 1/2 c Sensato low carb high fibre hot cereal with 1% milk, 1/2 c coffee with 1% milk and 1 tb half and half (just enough coffee to take my morning pills)
S - 1 c coffee/milk/half and half, 2 tb pumpkin seeds
L - 1/2 breaded stuffed chicken breast leftover from supper last night
S - 1/3 c Greek yogurt with 1 tb NSA jam
D - no idea yet, maybe a protein shake. 3 of us in the family have iffy stomachs this week, and the other one is a fussy eater anyway, so we'll probably all fend for ourselves.
