Stall Over and NSV

I've been in a stall for about 3 weeks, and the scale finally moved again today.  Yippee!

And, as for my NSV:  My g'f has asked me to be her matron of honour in her wedding, which is this June.  She's a bit slow in asking 'cuz she's just that way.  She's in Barrie, I'm in Hamilton, and the other 2 bridesmaids are in Toronto and Kitchener, so getting dresses is going to be fun.  Anyway ... today, I went to a bridal shop and tried one some dresses.  I pulled the 2 largest ones they had on the rack (it's a very small shop so not a huge selection) and went into the changeroom.  Well, lo and behold, the size 18 fit me perfectly!  To put it simply .... I LOOKED FAB-U-LOUS!  (3 snaps up!)  The price is way out of my range, but I felt so great in this dress.  I wished I'd taken a picture of it.

Now I'm cruising the bridal sites looking around.  I think I'm going to look better in her wedding photos than in my own.

Glad to hear your stall is over. As for the dress, by the time June rolls around you won't be looking at size 18.

YAY on having the stall over!

I certainly agree with the other poster - size 18 will be too big in June!!  So glad to hear though that you are finding clothes in a bridal shop.

That is awsome Beth!!! keep up the good work! like the others said I would be reluctant buying a 18 when the wedding isn't until June!!!
