I have come down with a chest cold :( Totally not what I wanted right now but ahh C'est La Vie!

I was wondering if it was ok to suck on Sugar Free Halls..... in particular these....

i use them allnthe time be careful not to swallow any bigger chunks though

Surgery Date - AUGUST 22, 2011 - Ran first 5KM Race - Oct 14, 2012 (28 min) - Currently maintaining a healthy 190 lbs and training for my first half marathon in the summer of 2013

Hi...I cough all of the time, so I use the Fishermen's Friends--cherry flavour...and I never have any trouble with them...Patti K.

Bentasil is also a great throat lozenge that is sugar free. It's pretty much all I ever use.
