Goodmorning everyone, I'm lacking a little sleep today as I went out with one of my friends last night to this singles thing she wanted to attend. Ended up coming home at 2 am and back up at 6. I'm seriously getting to old to be able to sleep so little and do my entire work day LOL

B - 150 g greek yogurt with blueberries and bran buds
S - Cheese String & Peperette
L - 4 ounces of pork chop
S - Cheese
D - Chicken with Salsa and cheese and brocolie
S - A few almonds or a protein bar

Hey!  I replied to Nathalie but forgot all about me!  Doing as little as possible today, and no food, liquids only as per APN's direction.  I was at emerg last night (I posted about it) and the WMC nurse suggested that I stick to liquids today, liquids and soft foods until my tummy feels a bit better.
