L - probably onion soup from Slainte here in Hamilton
S - decaf latte from Williams
D - one boneless skinless drumstick with caramelized onions and swiss chard.
Going shopping and then out for lunch and coffee with the girls.
B - had two turkey pepperettes, i'm outta eggs!!!
S - protein shake, piece of 12 grain toast with pb, after my run to work,
10 am banana
L - um...some kind of soup that i have in my cupboard at work, other half of banana
S - apple, peanut butter
D - not sure yet.

Try to stop being mad at yourself (guilt and shame just feed those food cravings!) and plan your food for the day. Back on track! We're all behind you.
B - eggs and a slice of Ezekial bread
S- greek yogurt, small handful almonds
L - greek salad (homemade) with chicken

D - ???
S- Probably tea or coffee at Tim's tonight.
Going to go and do 65 mins on the elliptical and weights provided we get going soon :) Tonight walking to/from the coffee shop.

Finding myself a bit ravenous today after yesterday's 10 K bike ride (first of the year!)
S - Protein Coffee
B - "Pizza" Omlette (egg whites with pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese & tomato sauce)
S - Lemon Merengue Source Yogurt with homemade granola (eating it now, yummy)
L - Turkey Chili
S - Don't know yet, maybe cheese
D - Spaghetti Squash with meat (turkey) sauce
Doing: Did 4 K round trip on my bike to Curves and intended to do a workout, but it was closed (grump!) More bike this afternoon to go to chiro appointment. I love me some spring and I love me my bike! I feel alive and flying again!
