I'm amazed it's not bothering me at all. Usually it takes me a few days to not crave them but it's only been 3 days and still no cravings for them but I want to kick them far from the curb so will do it another week or so.
I might salivate just a bit as he's eating smoked salmon and eggs though.

I am much the same way when I do a carb elimination - don't really miss them at all. I get into the "habit" of eating them a bit too much, but don't seem to miss them when they're gone.

B - cereal, 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - fruit smoothie w silken tofu
L - soup from the caff - red lentils w spinach
S - protein bar, mint tea
D - homemade lamb risotto w ratatouille
1 litre water
Forgot my calcium and D3 this morning - bad girl.

Multivitamins in though.
