This is my first day since surgery that I am not drinking any protein shake and still making my protein goal!
B-one egg and 1/4 cup light cheddar cheese
S- 60g tuna with 1.5 tbsp light miracle whip
L- Edamame and lentil salad, 1/2 pure protein chocolate peanut bar
D-2 chicken meatloaf muffins, slice red pepper, 1 baby carrot
S- 1/2 pure protein chocolate peanut bar
