What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Sorry Erica!! I walked into a ****storm at work this morning....I know I am late on this but couldnt be helped
OK - down a full pound this morning....so only 28 to go to my plastics weight....how did you do this weekend?
B - protein shake
s - glucose tab....I had a snack prepared but said ****storm prevented me from eating...could feel the hypoglycemia coming on
l - leftover swordfish - red cabbage - and roasted asparagus....
contrary to popular believe.....fish IS ok the next day
warmed up...
s - mandarin orange and/or veggies and dip
d - crock pot chicken with brown rice and broccoli....will eat mostly chicken and a few bites of veg and rice
s - popsicle
All water and vits plus some high test coffee

My weekend ended pretty well. I stayed on the low-carb wagon all day. Shared a lobster pasta dish my my colleague, but I just picked out the lobster chunks and left the pasta. Did have one slice of fresh bread. And had one glass of wine, but stopped at one.
Not sure where the scale is this am as I am away. But I was down 7lbs total yesterday.
Walking a ton around TO today and tomorrow...

B- oatmeal with protein (almost out of my protein, so I'm gonna have to eat more eggs soon)
S- forgot it so I was drinking more water to not feel the hunger
L- chicken, veggies and rice (made by the ladies here at the office)
S- a scoop of peanut butter before heading off to afternoon class
D- Depends if we have power or not. If we don't have power, we go out for dinner (such is life in a third world country, it happens regularly)
Got to the gym after our morning English class, so it was a good workout. Just sweating now without the air conditioning and at 40 degrees.
