OK - seems like I am always the first one up!

I planned on the gym today, but I have woken up with a cold and don't want to get everyone else sick - so I will skip that.  I think I will stay home and go to the office to do my couple of appointments then come back home.

B - protein shake with 5 strawberries
S - 20 grapes, babybel light
L - salad, yogurt
S - cottage cheese with fruit
D - not sure
S - pecans

Probably a nap considering how I feel....  Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, Ann.

Off to work; taking my bike even though it's -3 degrees here in Ottawa this morning (I'm completely obsessed!).  The off for a ride, meeting my niece for a coffee, home for a bit, and out to a friend's 10-year anniversary (clean and sober) meeting.  Feels like it's gonna be a good day!

B - Greek yogurt, strawberries
S - milky decaf tea x 2, banana
L - small ww wrap w/ roast beef and LC light cheese
S - cheese string, maybe a cafe au lait
D - no idea, maybe some leftover homemade turkey veg soup
S - protein bar (I'll be around cake and need an alternative!)

'morning everyone!

Spending the day with my parents. (I only see them a few times a year)
Going to Ikea and Costco. I'm having the $1.00 breakfast (sans sausage)..
I checked the nutrition on that - yikes -like 34g fat or something.   
My total calories for today don't include the breakfast home fries. I didn't know what to count them as? (and yes I'm eating them! ha ha )
Evening snack ??? yet

AND...I just wanted to say I'm really glad to post on here and have your support.

Oh yeah, do you think the scrambed eggs at Ikea count as two eggs? So far I have counted it as 1.5?

Up early but skipping the gym today. Had a major gallbladder attack last night on the way home from work. The worst one yet. My appt next week with Dr. Huynh can't come soon enough!

We're getting lunch catered today at work & it's actually something I can eat!! We're having Greek food! Looking forward to that.

So...today's eats are:

B: Protein Shake
S: 100g Greek Yogurt
L & D: Chicken Souvlaki (Greek Salad if I have room)
S: Protein Bar & Mixed Fruit

Hi Simona  - you know about oatmeal and applesauce for gallbladder issues, right?
Oh, and apple juice as well.
That's what got me through the six months I had to wait til they removed it FINALLY.

I've decided to join the Walking Room instead of the Running Room, so I'm heading out for another long walk with them after work today.
Yesterday's walk was much more pleasant, at least the wind had died down.
Getting a good 5k in, every day.

 B - oatmeal w applesauce, large coffee
 S - 1% cottage cheese w fresh raspberries and blueberries
 L - 2 turkey pepperettes, crackers
 S - apple and 21 g cheddar
 D - moussaka and salad

Good afternoon all!
I haven't posted in a whole but do check this thread everyday and wanted to start posting regularly.
Well just trying to get through the week. Back from ***** Cana.
We had an amazing trip! I haven't felt this good in a bathing hit since I was In my 20's. ( I turned 49 on monday) some of the NSV WERE: snorkeling, parasailing, boogie boarding, ran 5 km on the beach each day and actually lost 3 pounds that week. I'm now 142, 8 pounds under my goal, 1 pound shy of 100! Pounds lost.

Now what's on the menu today...(1 year out on May4)

B - 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 milk and 1 tsp brown sugar
S- 100 cal fibre one bar , 1/2 apple
L - 2 oz shrimp and veggies with lentil and 1/2 Greek yogurt
S- other half of apple
D - sausage on the barbeque with baby bok choy and mushrooms
S- banana and 1!tbs peanut butter and crystal light drink 16oz

All vitamins and 48 oz water

Ooooops!  I thought I posted here this morning, but apparently not! LOL

Busy, BUSY day and I'm loving it!

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - sf/ff yogurt
L - egg salad sandwich, about 1/2 the small pita, all of the guts, 1/4 cup broccoli salad
S - too busy. lol
D - broccoli salad, and a big 'ol HOT DOG.  Thaaaat's right.  A hot dog!  AND a cob of corn. :)
