Hey Peeps!

I missed you all while at St. Joe's.  Got sleeved on Wed am - OR booked for 2.5 hrs only took 1 hr 10 min!  All went very well Dr. Hong said.

Started protein yesterday and came home this morning.  Pain is OK - I didn't have anything this morning - but sure felt that after my nap this afternoon.  Got right back on the tylenol and fell much better.

Everything is going well - pretty bruised but moving well.

Thanks for all you well wishes!

Ann

Welcome home Ann :)  I'm confused though - thought you were having a DS?

Karen - your brain cells are all functioning....I am having a DS but in 2 stages - next part will be in about a year and he said there will be no problems with it then.  He wasn't sure what he would get into as I have alot of abdominal scarring.  It wall went better than textbook he said - so I get the swtich next year.

Hey Ann,

Good to hear from you! Hope its an uneventful recovery! Did you expect to be sleeved, some reason I thought you were a RNY girl.

Just curious cuz they tell you in pre-op it may happen and if they have to do what I'm not expecting, not really sure how I'll feel about it- either way I guess I'm lucky!

Talk soon, keep sippping!
