I'm so glad everything turned out okay for you.  Really glad you didn't have to have the 5 hour surgery as you would have bumped me back.  LOL. 

Dr. Jackson did my RNY at 1:30.  Sorry we didn't get to cross paths there.  I could have used a buddy for walking the halls.  I also suffered a lot of back pain.  And that orange jello they brought us is just plain nasty. 

I'm just so pleased to hear you are healing well.  Sip, sip, walk, sip, sip, walk.

Welcome home sleeve sister and congratulations!  In the beginning, the rules are really close to the RNY so nothing to worry about.  In fact most of us got the exact same eating plans but were encouraged to speed it up just a bit.

Hey  Deb!  Welcome to the bench.

Glad to hear that you are tooting really well.  Move that gas!  I bought some SF jam and added it to the plain greek yogurt to give it some taste.
