How does it feel?
To cross your legs with ease?
to get behind the wheel of any car and not have your belly touch the steering wheel?
to sleep on your stomach without having to have your knee bent out beside you for support?
to wear heels for long periods of time without severly hurting your feet?
to bend over to tie your shoes without loosing breath?
to sit on a couch or chair with your legs up folded on the chair with you?
to sit in any chair or booth?
to run?
to walk up the stairs without dreading the trip?
to sit on an airplane and not worry about taking up more then your seat?
to bike ride again?
to enjoy physical activity?
to have control over your eating?
to get attention?
to have people not tell you ways to loose weight? What they did? Their friend who lost weight doing???
to wear a bathingsuit that you feel good in?
to not be the heaviest person in the room?
to wear a skirt and look good?
to have a lap again?
Do "kankles" leave?
to loose friends who don't understand or don't like the new outgoing, happy you?
to make friends who love the happy outgoing you?
to buy cloths anywhere?
to be able to reach every part of your body....
to finally love yourself?
I can't wait to know how that feels... and im sure a lot more I havent even thought of.... :)

Just a warning the "loving yourself" and the "control over food" don't come magically with the surgery. Those are the 2 things on that list that you need to work at. The others just happen. All of a sudden, there you are, sitting in a chair with your legs folded up!, or putting something on your LAP!! the loving, and the control, those are inside your head, and they take more work than you can ever know. You think now "if i could only look good in the mirror, i'd love myself", but you're still the same old you. Just with less padding. I dont want to be a downer, just realistic.
I'm ecstatic, but i work at loving myself.
