What are you eating/doing today (Monday)?
Marny, I know what a classroom is like in this heat. In all my teaching career, never had the privilege of having an ac classroom. If you can turnnoff the lights (as if that's going to help. ) stay cool.
Came back from spinning and out after to do some retail therapy. (I need new clothes)
B- premier shake
L- 2oz. Steak and salad with splash of olive oil.
S- Greek yogurt with bran buds
D- 2oz chicken with sauted rapini
Stay cool and stay safe you northerners. Havebabgreat day and yes where can you get goat yogurt?

Finally a bit of rain all night here and still a light rain today so it should help to keep the fires from spreading. Still nowhere under control but at least it's better than it was. Taking it easy for 3 days as DH is out of town.
B - 1/2 can tuna mixed with some onion, pickle and mayo on 1/2 croissant
S - 1/4 cup mixed nuts
L - 4 oz baked salmon, 1 cup green salad with 1 tbsp basil vinaigrette
S - frozen greek yogurt bar, blue menu ones
D - 4 oz chicken parmesan meatloaf, 1 cup green salad with 1 tbsp basil vinaigrette
B - 1/2 can tuna mixed with some onion, pickle and mayo on 1/2 croissant

Well, the infection was finally gone enough to have that ****** of a tooth pulled this morning. LOL Pardon my launguage! Couldn't be happier., hopegully the bleeding/packing with subside shortly. Umm... not too much for eats today, folks - have had a couple of coffees, a G2 and that's all I've been able to stomach 'til I get home. Leaving at 2:30 (yippee) to re-group. Have a judicual appeal tribinal tomorrow and have to be on top of my game to coordinate. Came into work by 10, got absolutely everything organized for tomorrow and then home for the rest of the PM!
Looking forward to some Ramen noodle soup. LOL How sad.

Was planning to plant gardens but considering I am a big melted puddle of limp limbs (bug bitten ones for that matter) I am spending the day in 15th century England.

L: small chili from Wendy's ( I ate half, the dog got the rest)
