Leftovers of protein and veggies pre-measured and ready to go.
Salad with cooked chicken - dressing on the side
hot bbq chicken - prepackaged broccoli slaw with dressing
cottage cheese and diced peaches
rolled ff deli meat rolled with cheese slice or cheese string and a pickle slice
cooked hamburger with pasta sauce with green or red peppers, mushrooms and onions with shredded cheese on top
protein drink with ice cubes or with decaf coffee

Nikki...do you have a crockpot?? I always have chilli frozen in my freezer. In the summer, I really like bean salad as well ( I use at least 6 different types of beans), eaten with a couple of cheese strings...and it keeps in the fridge at least a week!! Chicken fahita innerds (sliced very thin, with onion, thin pepper strips, in a sauce of salsa and low fat ranch dressing)....good luck....Patti K.
