I hope you all had a fabulous long weekend. It was a crazy time for me, but thanks to the support of the wonderful people in my life, it's over. Onward and upward! :)
Back to work today and I'm hoping the heat doesn't creep into my lovely air conditioned space!

B - coffee with milk, G2, protein shake
S - toast with peanut butter
L - Italian sausage with all the fixings, skip the bun
S - no clue
D - 4 oz steak, stir fried veggies

I am taking my son to Wasaga Beach today with some mommy friends and their little kiddos for some girl talk and R&R which is much needed after the busiest long weekend I have had in years lol thank havens for the new energy levels or I would've been sitting on the sidelines all weekend.
B- unflavored protein in my vanilla decaf coffee with skim milk and SF Starbucks caramel syrup.
S- light babybel cheese, a couple crackers
L- picnic at the beach, a couple pieces or fresh fruit and veggies, a couple slices of fat free deli turkey
D- barbecued homemade chicken breast kabobs with peppers and potatoes, small garden salad
S- decaf tea with my unflavored protein
I hope everyone had an amazing long weekend and is having a great day
B- decaf coffee x2 with milk plus protein shake
S- 10 almonds
L- Salad with strips of beef
S- Cottage cheese with 5 cherries
D- The rest of my steak and salad

Morning all! Wasn't that a WONDERFUL weekend?
Hoo-boy!
I walked in the Pride parade in Toronto, with my other "Straight but not Narrow" friends.
We were in front of the "Anti-circumcision" boys, who were nude and waving their dangley bits - got a big cheer from the crowd.
I would wave my rainbow-coloured ribbon on a wand (like the rhythmic gymnasts) and they would prance behind me with their banner, just free in the sunny breeze ... I wondered about where exactly they put their sunscreen...?
Exhausted, but SO MUCH FUN!!!
B - bowl of cereal w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 2nd coffee, homemade fruit smoothie w tofu
L - leftover pasta w ham and cheese sauce
S - 1 apple, mint tea
D - salad w grilled salmon
Vitamins - need a double dose today.
