I had pretty severe numbness in my outer thighs during the rapid weight loss stage. It resolved itself completely over time. My program in Michigan actually had us taking 2 Flintstones per day. I did start taking a chewable Bariatric Vitamin(Bariatric Advantage) pretty early out of surgery as I didn't think that Flintstones would be enough especially with the malabsorption.
