What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Good morning.
My 1300 calories planned for yesterday turned into 2000. Could be worse.
I was thinking about food most of the day.
I talked myself out of eating bread wth peanut butter a couple of times but by late afternoon it was in my stomach.
I will try to keep myself busier today.

Morning;
Finally fell asleep after 4A.M. only to have the alarm go off at 5 to get up for work-out.....why does it always happen on work out days? Needless to say my tank is completely empty today at work....already making poor choices ...
Yvonne you made me laugh re the peanut butter....yup....thats the rest of your life which is completely normal....some days you are perfect and other days you stray....just like normal trim people....the point is to keep getting back on the horse

I agree, I think that is the rest of my life. Ha ha.
I made myself feel better about it today. I was humming and hawing while thinking about going for a walk and thought, well... it's starting to get hot...well I have to shave my legs first ..well...
Then I just said srew it. Who can see the stubble on my legs driving by at 80K's an hour???? and if it's hot I'll just sweat more!
So I went for a 75 min walk. Feelin' Good!
