Exercise: 2 miles couch to 5k, week 1, day 2.
Plus walk dog for 3 miles and hopefully more walking. Minimum 5 miles.

L: leftovers - veggies and pork tenderloin
S: veggies and hummus
D: unstuffed cabbage rolls
S: apple and small handful of almonds.
Not much happening here. Today's a little cooler so I'm hoping to get outside quite a bit compared to yesterday's scorcher temps. Provided the Mosquitos don't kill me! I will definitely out some garlic into my dinner!

B: coffee....of course...still feels like i'm on vacation mode at the cottage!! Goat yogurt mixed with NSA vanilla pudding, Ezekial granola on top. A lovely 36 grams of protein to start my day!
L: Pulled pork and spinach with garlic and roasted red peppers
S: Venti Skinny vanilla latte with a scoop of protein. (I normally get a tall, but I complained to Starbucks about poor service, and they sent two free drinks any size.....)
D: Might be going out for dinner...protein protein protein, as usual.
Not exercising today....packing my house for the big move is exercise enough!!!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
