Guess I'm first today - the only one eating?
Going to aquafit this morning, errand then work this afternoon.
11 wks post op
B: Swiss Oatmeal
S: 2 babybel light cheese
L: Wendy's berry almond chicken salad (1/2 size)
S: Protein Shake
D: turkey patty, Broc/Cauliflower salad
S: - not sure
Prot: 101 g Carbs: 61 Fats: 39
Any suggestions?

Hardly the only one eating - probably the only one with toothpicks holding her eyelids open, is more likely!
Went on a lovely long "ramble" last night - we figure we must have walked between 9-10 kms.
Another walk today after work - we'll see if the thunderstorms hold off long enough to repeat that distance.
15 months post-op and maintaining.
B - bowl of Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - homemade fruit smoothie w granola and tofu
L - melon and prosciutto
S - protein bar and mint tea
D - nachos w beef salsa and cheese
**possibly ** post-walk reward - lovely large Matcha latte w S/F syrup

D - not sure, maybe a hamburger sans bun and some more fresh tomato - we have a few that just ripened and they are calling my name!!

big work out day yesterday....today...not so much!!!
b- decaf coffee, splenda 1%milk- wasn't hungry so nibbled on 2 piece beef jerky on way to work
s- nothing- still not hungry
l- salad with 3oz chicken and feta
s- apple and baby bell
d- beef/veg stir fry on couscous(1/4 c)
probably a bike ride tonight, roughly 15k.
Having a hard time getting the protein in unless I have a shake.....just not hungry!!!

S - 1/2 c FF NSA yogurt with 2 TBSP Ezekiel 4:9 cereal and three sliced strawberries
L - Grilled beet and halloumi kebab salad on arugula with vinagrette (this was the awesome!)
S - Not yet decided. Prolly a couple of Korean pops with cheese or natural peanut butter
D - Taco casserole (made with riced cauliflower, ground turkey, black beans, canned tomatoes, cheese and spices) with a dollop of FF sour cream.
S - Dessert of some kind, probably a NSA jello creme caramel cup with a dollup of cool whip
Splashes of milk in decaf over the course of the day and a ton of water.
Doing: Yoga this afternoon, maybe a bike ride this evening.
