Did everybody have a good long weekend?
Wasn't the weather amazing???
Went for a very long walk yesterday, crossed all of the Toronto Islands, and deked in and out of each of the little streets on Algonquin and Wards Islands - wonderful. But boy were my dogs tired at the end of that! Must've been 20 kms!!!
B - bowl of granola w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - homemade fruit smoothie w Greek Joghurt
L - Penne w sausage and red peppers (leftovers)
S - 1 apple, 21 g cheddar, coffee
D - salad w roast chicken, almonds, mushrooms and poppyseed dressing
16 months and 2 days post-op, maintaining.

Well, back to work after a week's vacation. Back into my good routine. Planned on doing a number of things that didn't work out as I hurt my back the first Saturday of vacation, so haven't wanted to re-hurt it. Hoping to get a walk in at lunch.

S - cottage cheese
D - spaghetti sauce & minimal pasta w/ cheese (could change before then).
All vits in, 1 set calcium in, working on water.

After a rough night (Chicken and my pouch officially do not mesh well!) I picked up a Simply Bar, and was pleased at the taste/stats. I got mine at Metro for $2.79 but they have a site too (http://www.wellnessfoods.ca/) They are vegan/Gluten free and I can actually pronounce all the ingrediants they use! LOL!

It's a *****ewy but it dosen't sit like a bick in the pouch, nor does it make me feel weird inside...I get a bit sensative so I really watch what I eat...I don't do well with wheat-based stuff or milk.

I had an awesome week end. Way too much eating out though. Getting back on track.
I don't usually post on this thread but thought I would try to see if it helps me
B 8:00-Premiere Protein shake
S 10:00-slice of rye toast, cheddar cheese, two chicken pepperettes
S 12:00-peach, 6 strawberries
L 1:30 - green salad with chicken breast, small amount of salad dressing
S 4:30 - yogourt and grapes
D 7:00 - ribs and a spoonfull of rice, salad
working til 6 today
Back at work first day after two week vacation :(
7 years post op, down 130 pounds

S - plain oatmeal with 2 tspn PB and sprinkling of cinnamon
L - 1/2 small whole wheat tortilla with turkey breast deli meat and 1 slice cheese, SF choco pudding
S - protein shake homemade
D - small wendy's baja salad with guac, chili and salad (no dressing or pico) so yummy .. ate about half the salad. 2 graham crackers and greek yog.
so far 5 glasses of water today (awesome for me) and vits down iron tonight before bed.
S - plain oatmeal with 2 tspn PB and sprinkling of cinnamon

Back from a weeks vacation. Did some biking but did not lose weight. I am sitting at 201 which is so frustrating. I just want to get into the 100's. But eating out for a week did not help my calories.
