Nice!! I wonder if you have to go through the same approval process through OHIP, or faster because he literally couldn't operate because of your panni rash! I hate that thing. I'm getting my doctor to give me a prescription on Tuesday. What did you get?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

sorry about the last minute change of plans, but talk about sudden mood change-to go from on happy drugs to sad to kewl I get rid of my panni as well!!! You will need to get all new clothes again!!
