I would suggest you weigh yourself once a week to avoid the poop/water retention things that can happen during regular life, though I'm pretty sure the comment nazis might pounce now and say I am wrong... again. I have not gone up yet, but I religiously only weigh my self on Friday morning. Good luck, Regards, Ian

Not worth it.
Also your ``intestinal flora`` bacteria in your gut weights something, and it can die off during starvation and come back with more intake.
My guess is that you are constipated. DON`T WEIGH EVERY DAY !!!
