Nope. No more appts until post-op. Sx is Wed.
I didn't find my dietician to be particularly helpful anyhow so when I have questions I call in and speak to someone else. But I knew that from reading (more like lurking lol) on here that there were amounts etc. I just didn't remember where people got them from.
And when ever possible I try to find the info out myself
Perhaps they should remind people (or old farts like me that have CRS) about that info closer to the time when it will actually have some relevance and meaning lol

I developed a mantra for every time I wanted a smoke. I would say to myself "I'm a non-smoker". Not sure if it worked but I made it a habit and well... 6 years later but every day I still crave one
I did another mantra for this sx as well. "I"m a skinny girl and skinny girls don't eat that much" ..lmao..

I've quit several times. lol Once was for over 10 years. How stupid do I feel that I went back to it? VERY. My mantra is "You never want to feel this ****ty again, so just go through it once."

Just got back from aguafit. Didn't want to bike home today since it is suppose to get really humid. WE are lucky we can control our heat/cooling.

I just got back from my lunch time run. I decided I just couldn't bear the thought of running around the exact same track 3 times to make my 6kms...so I took the path through the hills behind my building here at work. HOLY COW!! I have been spoiled with a nice FLAT track! That was tough! Major sweat factor...
B- small bowl of shredded wheat with nonfat milk
S- oikos 100g greek yogurt (key lime!)
L- salad w 2oz chicken, pecans and strawberries
S- babybel and a few grapes
D-l eftovers? roast beef and baked potato or a stirfry
S- apple slices and some almonds
