What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
It is so damned hard at first, isn't it? You aren't failing. You're healing and learning. The most important thing right now is to stay hydrated - water, G2, whatever works.
The yogurt is good, the protein powder is good. How about a protein shake? Sugar free pudding?
Hang in there - keep trying and it will get better.

The eating too fast thing is a hard habit to change !!!
B - 1 cup warm 1% milk with all my supplements.
S - Rice chips butter popcorn flavour (didn`t count number - bad!)
L - --
S - 1 cup 2% milk
D - 1 cup of mixed vegetables with 3 fat free cheese slices melted on top/inside.
S - 100 calorie pack of almonds.
I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I`ve eaten vegetables since surgery. I boiled these for 1/2 hour to get them mushy enough.
I also went clothes shopping at value village:
- black flats, black sneakers, black mini boots & black slide ons (4 pair of shoes)
- 2 sweaters (1 black, 1 beige)
- 1 pair of pants brand new size 16 that fit PERFECTLY
- 1 black Anne Klein coat ($44 bucks - at value village! perfect condition)
- 1 winter hat
- 1 Bare Naked Ladies CD

I have a date on Thursday. I may wear black.
I have a miniskirt I bought 2 years ago because it was $3 and now fits!!! I needed flats.
