You look absoultely stunning! Thanks for the reassurance I have all those crazy things going through my head right now as I am just beginning my journey of 6 weeks on optifast!! I cant imagine how good you must feel, not to mention all the things your able to do that you couldnt do before. I hope I can post something similar to yours in about a year. It almost brings a tear to my eyes, I cant even imagine myself looking like that, it's been a very long time for me!

You won't get a lot of it from me, but my wife is Acadian and our daughter was brought up bilingual at home and in grade school. I understand more than I speak and WAY more than I can write. Twelve years of it in grade school led me to be ale to conjugate almost any verb you want, but use it in a sentence, no! Sadly a combination of my lazy mind and a broken language system when I was a kid! I truly want to retire to the south of France someday, between Cannes and Nice! I LOVE that land/area.
