I just ate 3 thin slices of smoked salmon with a bit of light cream cheese in it for lunch.  LOL

GOOD morning everyone!! :D:D

This is my LAST Sunday to work for at least a month, I got a temp Full time line at work and will be working M-F, WOOOHHHOOOOOO!!! I am also REALLY SUPER excited cuz on Friday at work we had a 50/50 draw, and I WON... $844!!! I damn near crapped my pants! I got coffee and donuts yesterday for my co-workers for our last break and the rest went in the bank, it will be saved for my wedding :D:D:D
Just relaxing this morning after a totally awesome night out last night. We went to an elimination draw (tried to win $20000) LOL. It was a fabulous time out with friends Gawd, my legs are killing me from all the dancing :P

B- 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice of toast

I have other things planned for my day, but not sure what order I will eat them- high protein pudding, greek yoguart, premier protein shake, tomato and cheese sandwich, almonds.
I might have some soup today, BRRRRRR!!!!!

all liquids and vitamins in

Awesome winning that 50-50 !

I have decided that if I can eat peanut M&M's (which don't taste as good as they did before) then I can dang well muscle my way past my meat intolerance.

S - dessert SF 0% yogurt caramel (35 cals)
B - beef slice (from doggie bag last night) with 4 wheat crackers.

I am eating very slowly and chewing away.    So far so good.

L/D = undecided.

 B- steel cut oats with soy milk
S- 1/2 apple and 1 tbsp s/f peanut butter
L- tuna... And something else have not decided yet maybe some sliced cucumber from my own garden
D- sweet and sour chicken... No rice for me though..

i have to steer clear of dairy for a few days migraines are acting up and bowel is not moving...I think it's from the combo of cheese and iron pills... Good grief

Just spent three days in St Cahterines. Bad food and far too much wine. Stomach not so good right now.

s, coffee
l small amount of a ham zucchini omelet I made
s. may have to be a protein shake
d. possible swiss chalet.
My husband and I split a 1/2 chicken. I have the thigh he has the rest

B- coffee with cream, cucumber and 200g of "DS salad" - eggs, ham, cheese and mayo, all mixed
S - coffee and small banana muffin
L - meat loaf and a few fries (5-6), coleslaw, pickle, diet coke
S - 300g of "DS salad", tea with cream and "cheese part" of cheese cake - about 50g
Nata, a very happy DSer!
Starting BMI - 62, current BMI - NORMAL!!!!!.
