SW - 368.8
LW - 211.7
TW - 208.7
3 pounds down for me this week!
Next week is Aunt Flo week so I'm not expecting too much of a drop then! Haha

I wanted to start participating in this thread as I'm now on Opti, and going to have my sugery next week:
HW - 320
First Day Opti (last Tuesday)- 315
TW - 307.1
So it's been a great week of weight loss for me - but I know a lot of it is due to Opti and there will likely be some regain when I'm pumped full of fluids for surgery, but it's motivating to see it in the interim.

Starting Weight - 320 lbs * Current Weight - 178 lbs * Goal Weight - 165 lbs
I'm up to 148.2 today and I've been fewer calories this week than the last several weeks...so maybe my metabolism is slowing down or I"m much less active suddenly and not aware of it. Its all good...I'm actually at goal and just trying to keep my weight in the 145-150lb range.
