I feel skinny when I look at this picture!

I'll be a year out on January 18th and the brain is still struggling to catch up, but when I look at this picture that my son took of me...I actually think I look skinny!  I've been in maintenance for several months now after reaching and exceeding my weight loss goal....starting to struggle with some binge eating issues and just beginning to really understand that the honeymoon is over...maintenance is for life. I can eat anything...including junk food...so this is really about working the tool with discipline

and support for the rest of my life.  Photo: I got Max to take a picture of me...I'm still trying to figure out my body image after a year of rapid weight loss. I'll be 1 year out from surgery on January 18th. I think I look skinny here! How the hell did that happen, lol!

You ARE skinny in this picture!  Your frame is so small!  Put that pic on  your fridge next to your biggest pic so when you feel like binging you can see where you have come and where you are...

You have done amazingly well!!  :)  You did it ..you reached it..You are SKINNY!

wowza!! You look amazing!! Interesting that you saw you feel skinny when you LOOK at the picture.....from other posts on here and from your post itself...it really seems to be difficult for us to comprehend how small we end up and that a part of us still feels or perceives ourselves as fat!

yes, its totally surreal.  I don't feel all that skinny or see myself as skinny in my mind, but I can see in this picture that I am skinny...not just average weight...I am actually friggin skinny!  So crazy!

You look fantastic and healthy. Good luck with maintenance. As I near the goal I originally set I think I actually want to lose a bit more. So have to work on the maintenance thing soon

Yep, definitely looking skinny.  Wearing skinny jeans and you are so tall too.  Hopefully you can work on the binge eating issues.
