Victory! I have to share! Pic included!

It's not my official weigh in day until next Monday but I woke up to this on the scale this morning...(I was 172 this past Monday).....

I have dreamed and imagined the 160's for sooooo long!  When I was 390 I thought that it was impossible!  It is hard to believe that I did this!!  I am only 4 pounds overweight!  I use to be 220 pounds over weight and now I am only 4 pounds overweight!  i won't lie I cried a little! 

I will make a post about more intricate and intimate feelings tomorrow on my 1 year anniversary but I couldn't NOT share this today!  4 to a healthy BMI and 18 pounds until my final goal!

way to go!!! congratulations! you've worked hard and earned this victory, enjoy!
