Skating.
Canal, just for fun in the morning, and one hour of speed skating class at night.
Challenge of the day - while at the canal NOT TO BUY beaver tail! Good they also sell bison sausages - very high in protein. Last time I successfully substituted, hope it will work again ![]()

I just walked 35 min on the treadmill, now grocery shopping and hopefully a nice family walk again today!
NSV for me last night is that I fit in a pair of skipants I had no worn in years so my walk last night was awesome!!
I also love my fitbit, over 8000 steps yesterday & 6 flights of stairs.

I did my Couch to 5K training this morning at the track (very convenient - can do it while my daughter has her skating lesson on the rink below). Week 1 is now complete - on to Week 2!
