If the Ontario route doesn't work out, you may want to consider Dr. Sauceda in Mexico.

I went there and had the works done. There is a Dr. Sauceda group on OH which you can join to find out more info/see pictures and read other people's experiences.

It's 1/3 the cost and he does great work!

Dr. Kyle Wanzel did my reduction and it was covered by OHIP. He was great!!! The process is to get a referral from your family doctor and once you see him he determines if  you would covered by ohip. I saw him for a consult in April and had my surgery by July of that summer. This was a few years ago....his technique is amazing. I had surgery on the Wednesday and was back to work on the following Monday. Did not have to take 1 pain killer he had prescribed me.... My particular situation was not that I wasn't overly big breasted by there was excess skin;  that can also determine your eligibility. I just had to say my bra-strap hurt my shoulder, and I was eligible. I have referred other women to him and the were quite impressed!
