I'll be running at the track (second day of my Week 6 Couch to 5 K program)!

Starting Weight - 320 lbs * Current Weight - 178 lbs * Goal Weight - 165 lbs
I'm going to try Les Mills COMBAT workout on DVD tonight. It looks fun. I did the class at Goodlife ages ago and liked it, I hope the DVD workout is good too.
I'm going to start my training for a 5K in the next few weeks. I really hope it warms up a bit. I don't mind trying in the rain but I don't like the ice on the sidewalk.
