stall??
Hang in there Chris! I had the dreaded 3 week stall and thank goodness I had read here so I knew what to expect. Now I am six months out and have had a stall for about 4 weeks now, the same 2 to 3 lbs up and down and not changing. I am trying not to get hung up on it too much as I know the body has to 'catch up' and I figure the skin does too. With the stall and the ongoing hair loss it is just peachy but I will keep on keeping on and trust the process. Hang in there![]()
I've been in the same boat, Chris! I was losing quickly for several months, but since I hit 100lbs lost a few weeks back, it's been very slow losing since then. I keep bouncing around between 218 and 220, and nothing I do seems to be breaking through at this point! I've tried changing up my food intake and my exercise, but no luck so far.
Hopefully you and I both can break through the stall soon!
