ive gone thru the 3 week stall, no problem. just wondering if a 4.5 month stall is common place. my intake has remained constant, my exercise has not changed, just wondering if anybody else has experienced this, thanx all!!

I am only 3 weeks out but awhile ago i was working with a trainer and he pointed out that you should not do the exact same exercises each day, as the body will reach a plato, so maybe try to change up your work out.

Hope things get moving for you :)

My first stall was at 5 months out.  So the pattern of stalls will be uniquely yours.  Continue to measure your food, exercise and take your measurements as they will change even if the scale does not.

Hang in there Chris!  I had the dreaded 3 week stall and thank goodness I had read here so I knew what to expect.  Now I am six months out and have had a stall for about 4 weeks now, the same 2 to 3 lbs up and down and not changing.  I am trying not to get hung up on it too much as I know the body has to 'catch up' and I figure the skin does too.  With the stall and the ongoing hair loss it is just peachy but I will keep on keeping on and trust the process.  Hang in there

I've been in the same boat, Chris!  I was losing quickly for several months, but since I hit 100lbs lost a few weeks back, it's been very slow losing since then.  I keep bouncing around between 218 and 220, and nothing I do seems to be breaking through at this point!  I've tried changing up my food intake and my exercise, but no luck so far.

Hopefully you and I both can break through the stall soon!
