I did reach my "walking goal: for yesterday. Will try to do the same for today.

Have a great trip!  Today is rest day for me as well - did a 25 minute run yesterday so  my legs are feeling it today!

I may do my home yoga video at some point today, to help stretch things out before my run tomorrow.

Have fun in Orlando. I ran yesterday, and walked. Got over 20k steps in!

Running again today. :-)

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

i went snowshoeing again today with my family & walked 1 & 1/2 mile on the treadmill!  I feel great!  I have so much more energy!
