What exercise are you doing today??

well yesterday was a bad day...no time for the gym..

 

I am struggling with time management ....my work schedule and getting back into a routine  are at odds...... 

i will do as much walking as i can today while at work...tomorrow should be better...

EDIT: I forgot that I am meeting at TWH early before the support group, so I won't be walking the track at 6 pm as normal. Anybody who had planned on going tonight should feel free to do it without me. I'm getting my walking in early today. :)

I just came back from snowshoeing which is  a lot of fun- had to cut it short as my little dog got out and was headed for the highway---Oh well will  do my regular exercise on the elliptical tonight as well as a half hour of rebounding- should put me where I want to be for exercise today

I am grounded from the gym this week due to the fact I have a big race coming up. I did a very light run the other day and I will be doing a temp run tomorrow but today is a rest day. I can say I am missing the gym and can not wait  to get back in there.

I tried pilates for the first time today. I am gonna be one hurtin' girl tomorrow. Pilates and I did a Jillian Michaels yoga DVD. Good day overall.
