B - 1/2 Premier choc shake + 1 T Flaxseed + 2 T Chia seeds + 2 T & 2 tsp Hemp Hearts

S - 1 Hard boiled egg

L - 1 c. Low Carb Chx soup + 1/4 c. Edamame beans

D - 1/2 fillet Wild Pacific Salmon + 4 Asparagus spears + 1 T Flaxseed

TOTALS:    846 CAL;    36G CARBS (NET = 10);    47G FAT;    72G PROT;    26G FIBER

Was just about to start one of these myself. Thanks for doing it

B - 2 slices deli turkey, 1 slice LF Swiss cheese, 8 grape tomatoes

S - 2/3c greek yogurt, 1/4 c Go Lean cereal

L - Spinach salad. Eating out with some coworkers. Tried to approximate so stats for this.

S - Premier Protein

D - 80g chicken breast, 60g broccoli

Totals - 801 calories, 108g protein 53%, 36g carbs 17%, 28g fat 30%

Good morning all. What a crappy day. Hope to do some more on the treadmill later. It seemed to give me more energy yesterday.

s. SF chocolate pudding

cal 991, carb 80 fat 35, protein 72

A little high on carbs but I think I need to adjust one of the entries and it would be lower.

Morning all. VERY slippery walk in to work this morning - almost wiped out a couple of times. Scarey.

Definitely not out for a walk after work today - nope. Cocooning, working on the photoalbum of the November Hawaii trip - that should brighten my day.

 B - Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee w milk

 S - 1% cottage cheese w SF applesauce and granola

 L - leftover homemade cheese souffle

 S - apple, 2nd coffee

 D - spaghetti and salad

Need to go grocery shopping, but will wait for better weather.

Starting to get more energy. Just did the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen. For me that is amazing! Just got to get moving more. For now indoors

I have to say, that I am feeling very discouraged today.  I have gained a total of 6 freaking pounds in the ast 5 days>  I have no idea why this is happening.  I was already dealing with 10 pounds of regain.  I wasn't too concerned about the 10 pounds because I have continuously bounced up and down between those 10 pounds, and to me that felt like maintenance.  I have bounced like that for the past year.  Now add to that 6 more pounds.  That's too much for me.  My clothes have started to feel tight.  Even my shoes are tight today!  I just can't seem to lose it.  This past week, I have run a total of 31km, and I have attended 2 trampoline aerobics classes which are quite challenging.  How am I gaining all this weight?!  Admittedly, I have not been tracking my foods, but I've not been binge eating or anything....I mean 6 pounds in 5 days?!  Am I being unreasonable upset?  I've tried to convince myself it's muscle, but I don't think it is possible to build that much muscle in one week.  :(

So I am back to tracking, in an effort to see if I am going overboard.  I am always good as gold during the day, and stick to my eating plan like glue.  The problem will be in the evening.  I tend to snack (and that's not written on my plan), but I am determined not to put a single piece of food in my mouth that is not in my plan!  Here it is... (it's too low in calories though, so don't know what to add without accumulating carbs)

B- not hungry (too upset), so I just had a large decaf Tim's, with 2 milk and 2 sweetener

S- source dessert yogurt

L- 1 cup leek and potato soup (very low in fat and calories; 15 carbs), mixed with 3 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken breast, and 30g light marble cheese   (****will eat only half of this****) 

S- Last half of my soup

D- crockpot fajitas meat on a lettuce leaf (like a wrap); includes onions and peppers, salsa, fat free sour cream, and maybe 30g more of light ceese

S- source dessert yogurt

Marny I truly understand. I have been trying forever it seems to get 10 pounds off and I just can not seem to lose the weight. I have started tracking at fitpal and most times I am under 1200 calories. My trainer says the best way to tell if it is muscle gain or weight gain is by t he way your clothes fit. Muscle gain your clothes will not be tight.  It is a fat gain  than  your clothes will become tight.  If your shoes are feeling tight I say you are retaining water for some reason. Keep a close eye on the feet they will tell you. My problem is night eating so I have cut back on it and still nothing. Just remember we can do it and we will lose.

D- is up in the air. suppose to be going out for dinner with a friend but if we get the ice storm than we will be staying home

s- yogurt

did 35 minute run on the treadmill and if the weather does not get to bad back to the y for my master swim than out to dinner

Well....crud.  My pants do feel tight.  Yesterday on the drive home I found myself undoing the button on my pants because I was uncomfortable.  I haven't done that in a very long time and it did not sit well with me.  :(

OK but if you are holding onto water that will make your pants feel tight. Can I ask you if your period is due. That can do a lot to the body. I wish I could see  your feet it would tell me what could be going on with you. When you go to bed at night try putting your feet up on pillows and see if your shoes will fit better in the morning. Let me know. I know about pants being tight and clothes not fitting. It is driving me crazy and I can not figure it out.  With all the work out and running I do I can not figure out this weight gain. We could be partners and be accountable to each other if you want. Would love to have you come to Hamilton one Saturday and do a run with me. Think about it and than we could talk and maybe figure things out
