What Are You Eating Today? (Saturday May 18th, 2013)

Good morning, everyone! I'm headed off to the cottage this afternoon - so won't be posting my eats tomorrow and Monday (will be tracking on my blackberry, though!). I hope to get my yoga video done up there today, a short run tomorrow, and then a longer run with my running partner Monday night.
Here's my eating plan for today:
B - 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup blackberries/strawberries, 1 tbsp. wheat bran, SF syrup.
S - Pure protein bar
L - 1/2 cup tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, mustard, 3 pieces melba toast, 1 cup spinach salad (with cucumbers, tomatoes, and 1 tbsp. balsalmic dressing).
S - 1 premier protein drinnk, herb/garlic cheesestring
D - 3 oz. steak, 1/2 cup veggie, 1 SF pudding cup with 1 tbsp. peanut butter
S - SF Jello cups
Totals - 1031 calories, 77g carbs, 36g fat, 110g protein

Good morning all. I was up until 1:00 am this morning. For my husband and I that is late. really enjoyed the band my daughter is in last night and stayed for 2 sets. They forgot to advertise so not a lot of people which was unfortunate since they are really good.
Saw the doctor yesterday and can go off the iron pills. Very happy since they are constipating and frankly I do not need the added problem
I will also be gardening again today. I live on a corner and seem to have a lot of weeding in all the beds. Have planted some flowers but need to do more.
Off shortly to walk the dog.I find i have been drinking more on my walks so helps my water intake. I also hope to get my bike out for a short ride but I will have to see how far we walk.

MFP says around 740 cals. Seems to be my average. I'm trying to stick with the sample menu for weeks 5-9 from TWH.
